WHAT IS FREEMASONRY?

Freemasonry is one of the world’s oldest and largest non-religious, non-political, fraternal and charitable organisations.

Ceres Lodge actively supports Masonic charities and has also supported a number of non-masonic charities over the years

Delve into the rich traditions of Freemasonry as we gather to celebrate our shared values and principles

We meet at Mark Masons’ Hall in St. James Street, London SW1A 1PL: https://markmasonshall.org.

The Kent Club for London Freemasons organises social events for Masons and their families.

Engage in enlightening discussions, partake in meaningful rituals, and forge lasting connections with fellow brethren

Over 40 members and guests of St Margaret Westminster Lodge No 4518 packed into the Brazil Temple at Mark Masons Hall on Tuesday 8th October 2024. They were honoured to receive VW Bro Michael Todd PGSwdB, Asst Metropolitan Grand Master, accompanied by other distinguished Brethren to hear the presentation of the Lodge Centenary Warrant to the Worshipful Master, W Bro Seb Haire, and Brethren of the Lodge by the Metropolitan AGSec W Bro Justin Pitt.

At the meeting, the Lodge History of 100 years was presented by W Bro Phil Thompson SLGR, after which the Charity Steward, W Bro Paul Whitaker LGR, presented a cheque for £3000 to the AMGM in aid of the “Up Against Time” London Air Ambulance Appeal.

At the Gala Dinner which followed the meeting, the Broken Column raised a further £445, which was also presented to the AMGM for onward transmission to the Air Ambulance Appeal.
