On 19th February, W Bro John Evans of Chelt Lodge No 3240 was honoured with a 60-year long service certificate. The presentation was made by W Bro Barrie Davies, Metropolitan Grand Inspector. Due to W Bro John's age of 97 and his inability to travel to London, the ceremony was graciously hosted by Saint Padarn Masonic Lodge 5472 in Aberystwyth, where John is also a member and with the kind permission of the Provincial Grand Master for West Wales, who was also in attendance.
