On 3rd June 2025, Acanthus Lodge No 2715 met at Mark Masons Hall’s to rehearse an Initiation ceremony and to conduct its annual elections.

Acanthus found their dining numbers below the minimum required, a situation many Lodges and Chapters occasionally find themselves in.

It was decided that a joint Festive Board be held with City of London Chapter No 901 and Wantage Chapter No 3178, both lower in dinner bookings than usual, and a joyous combined dinner was held in the wonderful Euston Room, where 24 Masons of different units broke bread together, formed new friendships and resolved to reunite at the same time in 2026 for another combined Festive Board.
