Organ concerts
10 Nov @ 6pm: Gordon Stewart
Located in the Grand Temple of Freemasons' Hall, London, a concert by international concert organist, Gordon Stewart. For fifteen years, Gordon was one of the regular conductors of BBC television's long-running series Songs of Praise, and he has been musical director for broadcasts on BBC Radio 2, 3 and 4. His programme from the Wanamaker Store in Philadelphia has been broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and in the United States. For fifteen years he was a cathedral organist, first in Manchester then in Blackburn and has been awarded honorary fellowships by the Royal College of Organists, the Guild of Church Musicians and the Royal School of Church Music.
Belmont Ensemble and Trafalgar Sinfonia
Freemasons’ Hall is proud to partner with the Belmont Ensemble and Trafalgar Sinfonia for a series of concerts over the autumn. The Belmont Ensemble of London was founded by its Musical Director, Peter Dyson in 1991, winning instant critical acclaim. It is now one of the busiest and finest chamber orchestras in the capital.
Belmont Ensemble members, past and present, can be found playing in all of the leading British orchestras including The Philharmonia, LPO, LSO and RPO, CBSO, Britten Sinfonia, English Concert and OAE and well as The Royal Opera House and English National Opera Orchestras.
Prepare yourself for a musical feast in the majestic, glistening, gilded setting of the Grand Temple at Freemasons’ Hall for their upcoming programme:
25 September (11am – 7pm): Bring and Sing it: Handel Messiah Greatest Choruses’ on 25 September, with the informal concert at 6pm.
A full day's participation workshop with inspirational Choral Maestro Ivor Setterfield (Channel 5 TV 'The Singing Estate', Musical Director of Barts Choir, New London Singers and Trafalgar Sinfonia). Ivor invites singers of all abilities to immerse themselves in the wonders of Handel's Greatest Chorus whilst enjoying the Art Deco magnificence of Freemasons' Hall. The day's singing workshop will conclude with an informal performance at 6pm accompanied by members of The Belmont Ensemble and Trafalgar Sinfonia as well as the full force of the Great Organ of Freemasons' Hall culminating in Handel's jubilant 'Hallelujah Chorus'.

NHS Blood and Transplant Drives
Freemasons’ Hall hosts NHS Blood and Transport Drives throughout the yar. Every day thousands of people’s lives are saved or improved thanks to the generosity of donors like you, but sadly there are still lots of patients that can’t be treated because there are not enough supplies. Some Voices Community Choir
SOME VOICES, the UK’s most exciting non-audition pop choir, started in 2010 in London with just seven choir members meeting up to sing and socialise. Some Voices has developed a signature style of performing original arrangements of popular songs, ranging from Bowie to Bjork, from Stevie Wonder to Stevie Nicks, from Folk to Hip Hop, and everything in between – all with a Some Voices twist.

Tuesdays from 7pm-8.30pm
Wednesdays from 7pm to 8.30pm
Saturdays: there are 3 sessions every Saturday at:
- 11am – 12.30pm
- 1pm – 2.30pm
- 3pm – 4.30pm
Each term is 10 weeks long and costs £100.
